Discs almost work but the hole is too big and they slide away from the back of the ear instead of staying close enough to secure the earring.
Response: Thank you for this feedback. Please make sure you are wearing a tight fitting earring back behind the discs. That should solve this problem and is the way they are meant to be used.

I’ve tried various metal stabilizers that didn’t work: quite large and visible from the back. These discs fair size but thin and clear and work like magic!
Like contact lenses for your ears...don't lose them!

These are worth the money. I wanted to go a size larger with my CZ studs and these truly help hold them in place and they're comfortable too. They hold securely in front of my silicone bubble-backs and I can sleep with them on.
